It measures 11 inches (28cm) wide, and 19 inches (48cm) long including the handle. It is finished with a high quality natural cooking oil, which brings out the beatiful colour and grain pattern of the wood. This also protects the wood, whilst making it food safe, due to it being the same vegetable oil you would use to cook with.
